Opticore Solutions Limited ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Opticore Solutions Limited web application ("Site" or "Services"), a secure payment portal facilitating transactions for hotel share purchases by individual clients ("Hotel Share Clients") and IT company service purchases by business clients ("IT Clients"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference), and any applicable additional terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms form a binding contract between you and Opticore Solutions Limited, We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a payment, or otherwise using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. For IT Clients, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your company. Hotel Share Clients and IT Clients are collectively referred to as "Users" or "you."

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or Site notice.

2. Description of Services

The Services enable secure payment processing for:

• Hotel Share Clients: Users may initiate payments of any amount for hotel shares, receiving invoices upon successful payment.
• IT Clients: Authorized administrators ("Admins") create orders for IT services, generate full or partial bills, and Users make payments accordingly, receiving invoices.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. You are responsible for maintaining compatible devices and internet access.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

Registration Methods

• Email Signup: Provide full name, email, phone, and relevant address/company details.
• Third-Party OAuth: Login via Google or Facebook grants us limited access to your profile for authentication only, per our Privacy Policy and their terms. We do not store or use this data beyond account creation/login.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or inactivity. For IT Clients, Admins must be verified representatives.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed via our PCI-compliant gateway, SSLCommerz. You authorize us and SSLCommerz to charge your payment method for transactions.

Billing Process

• Hotel Share Clients: Initiate payments of any amount; invoices issued post-payment.
• IT Clients: Admins generate bills for orders; payments due per bill terms. Partial payments allowed where specified.

Fees and Refunds

We charge transaction fees as disclosed at checkout. All sales are final; refunds are at our discretion and subject to a processing fee. Disputes must be resolved directly with us; we are not liable for chargebacks.

You agree to pay all taxes, duties, and fees. Failed payments may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including code, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal/business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part without written consent. Any feedback you provide becomes our property without compensation.

6. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to: misuse the Site, transmit malware, engage in fraud, violate laws, or interfere with others' use. For IT Clients, Admins must ensure orders/bills are accurate and authorized.

Any content you submit (e.g., company details) is your responsibility. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for providing Services. We may moderate or remove violating content.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your use or content.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates third-party services like SSLCommerz (payments), Google, and Facebook (OAuth). Your use is subject to their terms and our Privacy Policy. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.

Links to external sites are for convenience; we do not endorse them.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR UNAVAILABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS.

You assume all risks associated with payments and transactions.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for violations, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ends; outstanding payments remain due.

Sections surviving termination include intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law.

10. Governing Law
